Professional mobile notary signing services
National Notary Association (NNA) Certified Notary Signing Agent. I love serving in the capacity to help individuals through important and potentially stressful events of their lives and it is an honor to assist in the process! Professional mobile signing services are covered in Northeast Florida; Jacksonville and surrounding areas (Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties; including Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Middleburg, and Fruit Cove. Additional fees apply outside of these areas).
First commissioned as a Florida Notary Public in the 1980’s and a Notary Contract Signing Agent trained and certified with a current background check. Member of multiple professional notary associations. Equipped with laser printers, copier, fax, scanner, and shredder. You can be confident of receiving quality, professional services to meet your notarial needs!
Professional notary services are provided for any document that needs notarization such as for wills, affidavits, acknowledgments, power of attorneys, etc. Please note that a valid and current photo ID is required. Documents must be signed in the presence of the Notary. The individual signing the document(s) must be aware of what they are signing and understand the contents of the document(s). The individual must not be intoxicated, on drugs, or taking medications that would affect their ability to think and/or make decisions during the signing of the document(s). This also applies to any witnesses.
A notary is not responsible for the contents of the documents and may not advise whether an individual should or should not sign documents. If you are unsure of whether to sign documents, consult an attorney and/or the other party involved. The notary verifies the identity of the signer and that the documents were signed by that individual in the presence of the notary.
A Jurat can be provided for a Will if the Will is lacking a Jurat.
Standard Florida notary services:
- $35.00 travel fee for most of Clay, Duval, and St. Johns Counties and $10.00 for notarial act.
- Additional and multiple notarizations may be charged at $10.00 per notarization.
- Witnesses may be provided upon request and a witness fee will apply.
Please call to schedule an appointment for mobile notary signing services. I am happy to be of assistance for your notarial needs!
